Cómo activarlo, elegir su modo de trabajo y, si quieres, dejar que otra persona lo gestione por ti.
Para empezar
Activación
Para poder usar el dispositivo radiónico es necesaria su activación. Para ello es necesario crear una cuenta en el sistema, o usar una que ya tengas. Tu identificación se lleva a cabo mediante una cuenta de Google, sin contraseñas que recordar.
Tu dispositivo RadionicBoost puede ser físico o virtual. Funcionan igual y se manejan igual: lo único que cambia es cómo te llegan sus dos credenciales.
- Físico: la documentación que acompaña al aparato lleva su código QR y su código de activación.
- Virtual: recibes un correo con el enlace de gestión de ese aparato y su código de activación.
El QR y el enlace hacen lo mismo, y los dos llevan a la gestión de ese aparato y de ningún otro. El código de activación es lo que demuestra que es tuyo.
- Escanea el código QR con la cámara del móvil, o pulsa el enlace del correo. Se abrirá la aplicación en el navegador.
- Entra con tu cuenta de Google.
- Escribe el código de activación de 8 caracteres.
El dispositivo queda vinculado a la cuenta de Google con la que te identifiques. Antes de activar, la pantalla te dice a cuál: compruébalo antes de seguir.
Conserva la documentación, o el correo si es virtual. Harán falta más adelante, para sucesivas instalaciones del aparato o si se lo cedes a otra persona.
La pantalla principal
Control del ciclo de programación
Es donde vas a estar casi siempre. Arriba hay un recuadro con lo que hay que saber del aparato: su identificador, en qué estado está, el modo que está emitiendo, el tiempo y hasta cuándo llega la suscripción. Debajo, el botón de Iniciar o Parar y la lista de modos.
Mientras transmite, el recuadro late con un halo azul; inactivo se queda quieto. Es la forma de saber de un vistazo, sin leer nada, si está trabajando.
Mientras está inactivo el aparato no lleva ningún modo cargado, y ahí el recuadro dice Neutro. No es un modo de trabajo: es la ausencia de todos. El modo aparece al iniciar el ciclo y se va cuando el ciclo termina.
Activo, en verde, quiere decir que está transmitiendo ahora mismo. Inactivo, en gris, que no está transmitiendo y todo está en orden. Los otros cuatro distintivos son avisos, y los tienes explicados al final de esta guía.
En el móvil
Instalar la aplicación
La aplicación es una PWA (progressive web application), pero puede instalarse un acceso directo en la pantalla de tu móvil como si fuese una app más. Para ello usa la opción de menú Instalar app, y Añadir a pantalla de inicio en un iPhone o un iPad.
Si tu móvil no permite la instalación automática del acceso, te aparecerán unas sencillas instrucciones de cómo completar el proceso.
Con otras personas
Delegar gestión a otros usuarios
Usa la entrada Permitir gestión del menú si quieres que un experto de tu confianza instale modos en tu dispositivo. Genera una clave de gestión y proporciónasela a esa persona: son 6 dígitos, valen 48 horas y sirven una sola vez.
- Esa persona podrá instalar y quitar modos de tu aparato, y verá tu dirección de correo y el identificador del dispositivo.
- No puede iniciar ni parar un ciclo de programación: el control efectivo de lo que hace el dispositivo es siempre tuyo.
- Puedes delegar la gestión en varias personas a la vez. Si lo haces, infórmalas para que se pongan de acuerdo y no acaben haciendo configuraciones contradictorias.
- Puedes retirarle el permiso a cualquiera de ellas cuando quieras: en esa misma pantalla ves quién te gestiona, con Anular concesión al lado.
Cuando alguien te cambie los modos instalados, la aplicación te lo dice la próxima vez que entres.
Uso del dispositivo
Programar agua
La función principal del dispositivo es programar agua con los arquetipos que lleva incluidos el modo que hayas seleccionado.
Para ello, coloca un recipiente con agua sobre el patrón de programación o RRM (Radionic Remedy Maker) e inicia un ciclo completo de programación. La aplicación emite un sonido al iniciar y al terminar el ciclo.
Para que la programación sea óptima, usa un recipiente transparente y de menos de dos litros. Lo ideal es programar la cantidad que vayas a consumir en el momento.
Uso del dispositivo
El ciclo de programación
El aparato trabaja por ciclos de tiempo limitado, no indefinidamente. Marca el modo que quieras en la lista Modo y pulsa Iniciar: empieza a transmitir y el contador del recuadro va bajando.
Cuando el tiempo se cumple, el aparato se para solo. No hay que hacer nada. Si quieres seguir, vuelves a pulsar Iniciar — repetir el mismo modo es perfectamente normal.
Para cortarlo antes de tiempo, pulsa Parar.
El modo se elige con el aparato inactivo. Para cambiar de modo mientras transmite: Parar, elegir, Iniciar.
Algunos modos llevan un icono i a la derecha. Púlsalo y se despliega una nota explicando para qué sirve ese modo.
Uso del dispositivo
Cómo sabes en qué punto va
La pantalla de control te permite iniciar y parar un ciclo de programación, y verás en todo momento cuánto tiempo queda para que el ciclo termine. Inactivo, el contador enseña la duración completa, para que sepas a qué te comprometes antes de pulsar.
En los últimos quince segundos el halo del recuadro pasa de azul a naranja: el ciclo se está acabando.
Unas señales acústicas te indican el comienzo correcto del ciclo y su finalización.
Con el móvil en silencio no sonará nada: eso lo decide el interruptor del teléfono y la aplicación no puede verlo. Por eso el color y el contador nunca dependen del sonido.
Mientras el ciclo corre, la aplicación pide que la pantalla no se apague. En los iPhone más antiguos el sistema no lo permite: ahí el aparato sigue trabajando y se para solo igual, pero el aviso sonoro del final no llega.
Al volver a la aplicación con un ciclo en marcha te sale un aviso de Ciclo de programación en curso. Acéptalo y sigue: solo está para que sepas que el aparato está trabajando.
Si tienes más de uno
Varios dispositivos
Tu cuenta puede estar vinculada a varios dispositivos. En ese caso aparece la entrada Dispositivos en el menú, que te lleva a un selector. Una vez elijas uno, estarás controlando ese dispositivo desde la pantalla principal.
La selección se recuerda en el móvil, la tableta o el ordenador que estés usando, y cada uno guarda la suya.
Si quieres desvincular un dispositivo de tu cuenta, entra en Gestionar dispositivo y pulsa el botón rojo del final.
Para que exista, tu cuenta debe conservar siempre al menos un dispositivo. Por eso, si solo tienes uno, ese botón aparece desactivado: la única forma de liberarlo es eliminar la cuenta.
Tu cuenta
Sesiones y datos
En la entrada Cuenta puedes comprobar los datos y la configuración de tu cuenta: tu nombre, tu correo y tu tipo de cuenta.
- Cuenta básica — Sin capacidad de gestión de modos de programación. Normalmente esos modos los gestiona un experto de la confianza del usuario.
- Cuenta avanzada — Con capacidad de gestión de modos de programación. No autorizada a gestionar dispositivos de otros usuarios.
- Cuenta profesional — Con capacidad de gestión de modos de programación sobre dispositivos propios o de otros usuarios, previa autorización por parte del usuario.
También puedes monitorizar cuántas sesiones permanecen abiertas y cerrarlas (todas menos la que estás usando) si sospechas algún uso indebido.
Eliminar la cuenta borra tus datos y suelta tus dispositivos. Los aparatos no se pierden: se vuelven a activar con su código.
Si algo no va
Qué significa cada aviso
La suscripción ha vencido. El aparato deja de transmitir y no se puede cambiar de modo hasta renovarla. Habla con tu administrador.
El modo cambió en el catálogo después de cargarlo. Sigue funcionando; para ponerlo al día, vuelve a iniciarlo.
El modo que está emitiendo ya no está en el catálogo. Sigue funcionando; simplemente elige otro cuando quieras.
Algo quedó a medias al cargar el modo. Prueba a aplicarlo otra vez; si sigue igual, dile a tu administrador la palabra exacta que aparece en el aviso.
Dispositivo bloqueado temporalmente
Has fallado el código de activación varias veces seguidas, y el aparato se bloquea un rato para protegerse. El propio aviso te dice hasta qué hora. Espera a que pase y vuelve a intentarlo con el código de tu documentación o de tu correo.
Te pide entrar con el QR o el enlace
El aviso dice «Para registrarte en el sistema, accede con el QR o la URL de gestión del dispositivo». Sale si abres la aplicación sin venir del QR del aparato ni del enlace del correo y todavía no tienes cuenta: la cuenta nace de un dispositivo, así que no hay alta posible sin uno. Vuelve a escanear el QR o a pulsar el enlace.
Dispositivo no registrado o vinculado a otro usuario
Estás intentando activar un aparato que ya es de otra persona. Comprueba que el QR o el enlace son los del tuyo. No es el mismo caso que el siguiente: éste es un alta que no puede seguir, y aquél es un aparato ajeno visto desde una cuenta que ya existe.
Dispositivo no reconocido
Ese aparato no es de la cuenta con la que has entrado. Comprueba con qué cuenta estás usando la aplicación.
Mantenimiento en curso
Estamos trabajando en el sistema. Vuelve a intentarlo en unos minutos con el botón de la propia pantalla.
Sistema no disponible
La aplicación no consigue hablar con el servidor. Suele ser tu conexión o algo pasajero: espera un poco y usa el botón de reintentar de la propia pantalla.
Your RadionicBoost device
How to activate it, choose its working mode and, if you want, let someone else manage it for you.
Getting started
Activation
Before you can use the radionic device it has to be activated. That requires creating an account in the system, or using one you already have. You identify yourself with a Google account, with no passwords to remember.
Your RadionicBoost device can be physical or virtual. They work the same and are used the same way: all that changes is how its two credentials reach you.
- Physical: the documentation that comes with the device carries its QR code and its activation code.
- Virtual: you receive an email with the management link for that device and its activation code.
The QR code and the link do the same thing, and both lead to the management of that device and no other. The activation code is what proves it is yours.
- Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or tap the link in the email. The app opens in your browser.
- Sign in with your Google account.
- Enter the 8-character activation code.
The device stays linked to the Google account you identify with. Before activating, the screen tells you which one: check it before going on.
Keep the documentation, or the email if it is virtual. You will need them later on, for further installations of the device or if you pass it on to someone else.
The main screen
Programming cycle control
This is where you will spend almost all your time. At the top there is a panel with what you need to know about the device: its identifier, the state it is in, the mode it is broadcasting, the time and how long the subscription lasts. Below it, the Start or Stop button and the list of modes.
While it broadcasts, the panel pulses with a blue halo; inactive it stays still. That is how you tell at a glance, without reading anything, whether it is working.
While it is inactive the device carries no mode at all, and there the panel reads Neutral. It is not a working mode: it is the absence of every one of them. The mode appears when the cycle starts and goes when the cycle ends.
Active, in green, means it is broadcasting right now. Inactive, in grey, that it is not broadcasting and all is in good order. The other four badges are notices, and they are all explained at the end of this guide.
On your phone
Installing the app
The app is a PWA (progressive web application), but a shortcut can be installed on your phone screen as if it were one more app. To do it, use the Install app menu entry, or Add to Home Screen on an iPhone or an iPad.
If your phone cannot install the shortcut automatically, you will get some simple instructions on how to complete the process.
With other people
Delegating management to other users
Use the Grant management menu entry if you want an expert you trust to install modes on your device. Generate a management key and give it to that person: it is 6 digits, valid for 48 hours, and works only once.
- That person will be able to install and remove modes on your device, and will see your email address and the device identifier.
- They cannot start or stop a programming cycle: effective control of what the device does is always yours.
- You can delegate management to several people at once. If you do, tell them about each other so they agree between themselves and do not end up leaving contradictory setups.
- You can withdraw the permission from any of them whenever you like: that same screen shows who manages your device, with Cancel grant beside each one.
Whenever someone changes your installed modes, the app tells you the next time you open it.
Using the device
Programming water
The main function of the device is to programme water with the archetypes carried by the mode you have selected.
To do it, place a container of water on the programming pattern, or RRM (Radionic Remedy Maker), and run a complete programming cycle. The app sounds at the start and at the end of the cycle.
For the best programming, use a transparent container holding less than two litres. Ideally, programme the amount you are going to drink there and then.
Using the device
The programming cycle
The device works in time-limited cycles, not indefinitely. Pick the mode you want from the Mode list and press Start: it begins broadcasting and the counter in the panel starts counting down.
When the time is up, the device stops by itself. Nothing to do. If you want to carry on, press Start again — repeating the same mode is perfectly normal.
To cut it short, press Stop.
You pick the mode with the device inactive. To change mode while it is broadcasting: Stop, pick, Start.
Some modes carry an i icon on the right. Tap it and a note explaining that mode opens below.
Using the device
Telling where it is up to
The control screen lets you start and stop a programming cycle, and at any moment you can see how long is left before the cycle ends. Inactive, the counter shows the full length, so you know what you are committing to before pressing.
In the last fifteen seconds the halo around the panel turns from blue to orange: the cycle is ending.
Sounds tell you that the cycle has started correctly and that it has finished.
With the phone on silent nothing will sound: that is the phone's own switch, and the app cannot see it. That is why the colour and the counter never depend on sound.
While the cycle runs, the app asks the screen to stay on. The oldest iPhones do not allow it: there the device keeps working and still stops by itself, but the sound at the end will not reach you.
Coming back to the app with a cycle running brings up a Programming cycle in progress notice. Accept it and carry on: it is only there so you know the device is working.
If you have more than one
Several devices
Your account can be linked to several devices. When it is, a Devices entry appears in the menu, taking you to a selector. Once you pick one, you are controlling that device from the main screen.
Your choice is remembered on the phone, tablet or computer you are using, and each one keeps its own.
To unlink a device from your account, open Manage device and press the red button at the bottom.
For your account to exist, it must always keep at least one device. So if you only have one, that button is disabled: the only way to release it is to delete your account.
Your account
Sessions and data
The Account entry is where you check your account details and settings: your name, your email and your account type.
- Basic account — No ability to manage programming modes. Those modes are normally managed by an expert the user trusts.
- Advanced account — Able to manage programming modes. Not authorised to manage other users' devices.
- Professional account — Able to manage programming modes on their own devices and on other users' devices, with that user's prior authorisation.
You can also monitor how many sessions remain open and close them (all but the one you are using) if you suspect any misuse.
Deleting your account erases your data and releases your devices. The devices are not lost: they are activated again with their code.
If something looks wrong
What each notice means
The subscription has run out. The device stops broadcasting and the mode cannot be changed until it is renewed. Talk to your administrator.
The mode changed in the catalogue after it was loaded. It still works; to bring it up to date, start it again.
The mode it is running is no longer in the catalogue. It keeps working — just pick another one whenever you like.
Something was left half-done while loading the mode. Try applying it again; if it persists, tell your administrator the exact word shown in the notice.
Device temporarily blocked
You have got the activation code wrong several times in a row, and the device blocks itself for a while to protect itself. The notice tells you until what time. Wait for it to pass and try again with the code from your documentation or your email.
It asks you to come in through the QR code or the link
The notice reads “To register in the system, come in through the device's QR code or management URL”. It appears if you open the app without coming from the device's QR code or the link in the email and you do not have an account yet: an account is born from a device, so there is no way in without one. Scan the QR code again, or tap the link.
Device not registered or linked to another user
You are trying to activate a device that already belongs to someone else. Check that the QR code or the link are the ones for yours. This is not the same as the next one: this is a sign-up that cannot go on, while that one is someone else's device seen from an account that already exists.
Device not recognised
That device does not belong to the account you signed in with. Check which account you are using.
Maintenance in progress
We are working on the system. Try again in a few minutes using the button on that screen.
System unavailable
The app cannot reach the server. It is usually your connection or something passing: wait a moment and use the retry button on that screen.
